These documents may be of assistance to those planning tastings.

The Tasting Cost Spreadsheet is designed to assist in pricing. One just has to enter wine and cheese costs, facility costs, etc. It will calculate costs for attendance from 18 to 35 tasters. The Quick Instructions tell you how to start using the chart: don't be intimidated.

The basic Wine Rating Chart Template allows one to enter names and information for up to 8 wines. The Word template is easiest to use. If more than 8 wines are served, the Excel format can be modified.

The Chapter Event Flyer may be easily overwritten to fit any event. Send this to the Chapter president at least 4 weeks prior to the event.

The Expense Report Sheet makes it easy for the presenter to be reimbursed.
